The WIAA podcast had built a loyal following, but listeners were scattered across platforms. The goal was to create a single hub that felt as fun and welcoming as the show itself. We began by mapping out the listener journey: how someone might land on the site, discover an episode, and then dive deeper into the community. Using Next.js, we structured the site around modular episode cards and embedded Spotify players, ensuring playback was seamless. Tailwind CSS gave us the flexibility to experiment with playful layouts and bold typography that matched the podcast’s banter‑rich tone. Social integration was key — we pulled in feeds and links so fans could connect beyond the episodes. The process was iterative, with the hosts providing feedback to keep the vibe authentic. In the end, the site became more than just an archive: it’s a lively hub where culture, humour, and community come together. The hosts’ reaction — and the listeners’ engagement — confirmed it hit the mark.
