Solution
Built a modular Next.js and Node.js platform with PostgreSQL and Redis, featuring persona quizzes, FlashClose micro-guides, scenario simulators, and community forums. Integrated OAuth authentication, GDPR-compliant data handling, and gamified reflection tools to drive engagement.

Persello was conceived as a response to the limitations of one-size-fits-all sales training. We designed an interactive persona quiz to reveal archetypes like the Pitbull or Insight Owl, each with tailored strengths and pitfalls. From there, we built FlashCloses — swipeable, one-screen reminders for live deals — and a scenario simulator that lets users role-play branching conversations with AI-backed scoring. Community forums and a Reflection Wall foster peer learning and gamified progress. The technical stack was chosen for scalability and security: Next.js for SEO and performance, Node.js with modular APIs, PostgreSQL for relational data, and Redis for caching. GDPR compliance and role-based access controls were baked in from the start. The result is a platform that feels alive, empowering sales professionals to embrace their authentic style while continuously improving.
